The office, business, and residential project Business Park Karlovy Vary is located in the glamorous zone of the wider centre of Karlovy Vary. Literally across Závodní Street there are important institutions of state and local government administration. For example, Regional Authority of the Karlovy Vary Region, Regional Library, Employment Office, Roads and Highways Directorate, or Regional Police Directorate. The Business Park Karlovy Vary project makes up Závodní Street in this part, adjoins famous horse racing track, and pleasant golf course. On the southern side, the area merges into an extensive green block particularly comprising of the natural border of the Ohře River.
